Vandaag breng ik voor het hof de heer Rivosk. We zijn hier bijeen voor het schokkende feit wat ontdekt is in de ochtend van 28 maart 1461. Daarnaast wist de heer Rivosk in zijn functie als Handelsminister van Holland hoe slecht het Graafschap ervoor stond na de plundering van de schatkist, waardoor nog duidelijker wordt dat de heer Rivosk weet dat hij grote schade berokkend aan het Graafschap.

Op basis van deze bewijzen klagen wij de heer Rivosk aan wegens hoogverraad. Ten tijden van de diefstal was hij nog in functie als Minister van Handel van de Raad van Holland en klagen wij hem dus aan volgens het volgende artikel:

Wat betreft de rechtspraak ook daar lijkt Holland lak aan te hebben. Zo heeft vrouwe Karanda aan de graaf van Vlaanderen gevraagd om ons aan te klagen en ons te laten aanvallen door het leger... Hoe wilt u mij enige vorm van eerlijk proces geven als er al een oordeel is gevelt door de gravin zelf wat betreft schuld en onschuld. Erger nog ze heeft zelfs al een straf uitgesproken namelijk de doodstraf.
